Refund Policy For Online Products For online products purchased through Top AI Hosting, refunds may be provided under certain circumstances. For Online Products Cancellation policies for online products vary depending on the product and service agreement. Please refer to the terms and conditions provided during the purchase or contact our support team for assistance with cancellations. If you get the migration done after purchasing cPanel, then for the migration of cPanel having less than 5 GB space, the company will deduct a charge of Rs 500 per cPanel. If the size of cPanel is more than 5 GB, then the company will deduct Rs 1000 for it. If the amount of your cPanel purchase is more than this charge, then the company will refund you the balance amount, if the charge is less than this, then the company will not charge any charge. If you have purchased more than one cPanel and you want a refund of many and all cPanels, then the company will deduct your migration fee from the total amount and then refund the remaining amount as per all the terms and conditions. If you have purchased cPanel before the validity of refund date and upgraded it later, you will not get any refund on cancellation. Because the creation of cPanel will be considered valid from creation date, and as per company policy you can request refund of your cPanel only within 7 days from booking. Please do not misuse the high space of this cPanel, you will not store any zip, video stock, audio stock, picture stock in it, multiple file zip you can use it only for hosting a website, if you store your office files here then your service will be automatically suspended. Do not put gambling, adult, spamming, advocate, banking, crypto, MLM, job, news, socialmedia such websites on my server and do not buy domain for it, if you still violate this policy then we will terminate your website and I will ban your whm panel. Apart from this, we will terminate the website banned by the Government of India and hosted with the intention of doing wrong work without any notice.
Data Center Setup: Our company setups data center as per your requirement. If you want to setup your own server, then we will install the entire server software in your hardware and make it live, after which you can sell cPanel and hosting panel to unlimited users in that server.
